Our family has had such a positive experience working with Aviation ABA Therapy through their in-home services. If you have spent any time navigating autism services in Salt Lake City, you know the frustration: long waitlists, providers who feel distant, programs that treat your child like a case number. We built Aviation ABA because families here deserve better than that. Here is what makes us different:
From the very first session, our therapists invest in genuinely getting to know your child, their sense of humor, what lights them up, what they find hard. Real progress starts with real trust, and we work every day to earn it. Your child will look forward to coming in.
Our BCBAs don't pull programs off a shelf. They sit down, learn your child's story, and build a treatment plan from the ground up around your family's goals. Every session is tracked. Every milestone is measured. And every plan evolves as your child grows.
When you've made the decision to get your child help, the last thing you need is to sit on a waitlist for months. We work hard to move thoughtfully and without unnecessary delay, so your child can start making progress when it matters most.
We're the kind of team that answers the phone, remembers your child's name, and treats every conversation like it matters, because it does. No runaround, no voicemail black holes. Just real people who care about your family.
Children don't grow by following instructions in a chair. They grow by exploring, imagining, and doing things they love. That's why we build therapy around your child's natural curiosity. When a child is genuinely having fun, they're also learning their most important skills. That's the environment we create every single day.
We are not a national chain running a clinic here from a corporate office somewhere else. We are local. Our therapists live in the same Salt Lake City neighborhoods, drive the same roads, and are invested in the same community as your family. That connection matters.
Aviation ABA accepts most major insurance plans in Utah, including Utah Medicaid, Molina Healthcare, Regence BlueCross BlueShield, CHAMPVA, PEHP, Health Choice, University of Utah Health Plans, and more. We know every family looks different. That is why Aviation ABA offers flexible service options, so your child gets the right support in the right setting, whatever works best for your family in Salt Lake City and beyond.

Reuven founded Aviation ABA to help children with autism and their families feel truly supported, understood, and cared for. To him, great ABA is about more than therapy, it’s about connection, trust, and building strong relationships with the whole family.
His journey began as a teen, shadowing a student with severe behavioral needs and volunteering at a nonprofit for kids with behavior challenges. That early spark grew into a lasting commitment.
Before launching Aviation ABA, Reuven helped grow other ABA organizations by supporting both clinical and administrative teams, drawing on his background in recruiting and business operations. For the past three years, he’s been leading his own practice, focused on care, consistency, and building a culture where people feel appreciated like family.
As a dad, Reuven brings empathy and real-world understanding to every decision. He’s passionate about people and creating a space where both families and team members feel seen and valued.

We know starting ABA therapy comes with a lot of questions. Here are answers to help you understand our process, services, and how we support your child and family.
Yes. Our ABA therapy clinic is in Salt Lake City at 1776 S West Temple St, and we also provide in-home ABA therapy across Salt Lake City and the surrounding Salt Lake County communities. Whether you prefer center-based care, in-home sessions, or a mix of both, our Salt Lake City team can help, and we verify your insurance before your child's first session.
ABA therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) is an evidence-based approach to helping children with autism build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills. It's recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and is one of the most thoroughly researched therapies for autism spectrum disorder. If your child has received an autism diagnosis, or you're concerned about their development, ABA therapy is worth exploring. We offer free consultations to help you figure out if it's the right fit.
If your child has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), your pediatrician or developmental specialist may recommend ABA therapy. Common signs that a child may benefit include delayed speech or communication, difficulty with social interactions, repetitive behaviors, challenges with daily routines, or behaviors that are interfering with learning and family life. You don't need a diagnosis to reach out, we can help guide you through the evaluation process.
We work with children as young as 18 months. Early intervention produces the most significant outcomes, so if you have concerns about your child's development, we encourage you to reach out sooner rather than later. That said, ABA therapy is beneficial at any age, we serve children and adolescents across a wide range of developmental levels.
Both are effective, the right setting depends on your child's needs and your family's circumstances. Clinic-based therapy provides a structured, resource-rich environment with more opportunities for peer interaction. In-home therapy allows skills to be practiced directly in the environment where your child lives, making it easier to generalize learning to daily routines. Many families use a combination of both
Yes, and we genuinely mean that. Parent involvement isn't a checkbox at Aviation ABA; it's central to everything we do. You'll receive regular updates, participate in parent training sessions, and be part of every major decision about your child's program. The more we work together, the better the outcomes for your child.
The right number of hours is different for every child and depends on their age, diagnosis, current skill levels, and goals. After your child's initial assessment, your BCBA will recommend an intensity that fits their needs. Typical recommendations range from 10 to 40 hours per week, though we'll always work with your family's schedule and your child's capacity.
Absolutely. In addition to our Salt Lake City clinic, we provide in-home ABA therapy throughout Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County, Weber County, Washington County, and Tooele County. Our therapists come to your home and work with your child in a familiar, comfortable environment.

We also move quickly to get started, because we know that waiting when your child needs help is one of the hardest things a parent can go through.
