At Aviation ABA, we know that no two children with autism are exactly alike, and no two families have exactly the same needs. That is why we offer six flexible ABA therapy service models across Utah, designed to meet your child wherever they are and deliver the right kind of support in the right environment. Whether your child thrives in a structured clinic setting, learns best at home within familiar routines, needs support inside their school or daycare, is at the age where early intervention can make the biggest difference, or is looking for continued growth through an after-school program, our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians is ready to build a program around your child specifically. All services are available across Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County, Weber County, Tooele County, and Washington County, with clinic-based sessions at our Salt Lake City center at 1776 S W Temple St.

From in-home therapy to clinic sessions, school support, early intervention, and after-school programs, our services are built around your child's needs at every stage.
We bring personalized, BCBA-supervised ABA therapy directly to your home anywhere across Utah, helping your child build critical skills within the familiar routines and environments where those skills are needed most. In-home therapy is especially effective for developing daily living skills, reducing challenging behaviors that arise at home, and helping children carry what they learn in therapy into the fabric of real family life.
Our school-based ABA therapy service places trained, BCBA-supervised behavior technicians directly within classrooms and daycare settings across Utah, providing real-time behavioral, communication, and social support right where your child spends their day. Availability depends on the specific school or daycare, and our team works with you from the start to figure out whether this service is possible in your child's setting.
Our Salt Lake City ABA therapy clinic at 1776 S W Temple St provides a calm, structured, distraction-reduced environment where children can focus on building skills through 1:1 therapy sessions and guided group activities. The clinic is purpose-built for children with autism, with consistent routines, dedicated therapy rooms, and a warm team that your child will genuinely look forward to seeing.
As your child's most important co-pilot, you play a bigger role in their progress than any therapist ever could. Our parent training program gives Utah families practical, evidence-based strategies for supporting a child with autism at home, during community outings, and throughout the everyday moments that make up your family's life. Sessions are available in-home, at our Salt Lake City clinic, or remotely.
The early years are one of the most powerful windows for building foundational skills in children with autism. Our early intervention ABA therapy program in Utah serves children from approximately age 2 through age 6, using play-based, individualized sessions designed around each child's unique strengths and developmental goals. The earlier we start, the more room your child has to grow.
The hours between the final bell and bedtime are some of the most challenging for children with autism and their families. Our after-school ABA therapy program serves school-aged children and teens from age 4 through 18, with sessions available at our Salt Lake City clinic or in-home across Utah. Structured, purposeful support during the after-school window keeps the momentum going and smooths the hardest transition of the day.
Getting started with ABA therapy services at Aviation ABA in Utah is a straightforward, supported process. We handle most of the logistics so you can focus on your child. Here is what to expect from your first contact to your child's first session.
01
A friendly member of our intake team will reach out to answer your questions and guide you through the process. We’ll gather a few details and request documents like your child’s autism diagnosis, insurance card, and doctor’s referral. This first call is relaxed and there is no commitment required.
02
Once Intake is complete, our team will verify your insurance coverage and take care of the authorization process. We’ll keep you updated so you always know what’s happening.
03
After insurance is verified, we schedule an initial assessment with one of our BCBAs in Utah. During this visit your BCBA will meet with you and your child, learn about their specific needs, strengths, and challenges, and begin building a personalized ABA therapy treatment plan designed around your child.
04
Once your child’s treatment plan is completed and signed, we’ll submit it to insurance and contact you to schedule ongoing ABA sessions. This is when your child’s journey with Aviation ABA officially takes flight!
Progress in ABA therapy looks different for every child with autism, and that is exactly as it should be. At Aviation ABA across Utah, some milestones feel like a quiet moment of connection between a child and a sibling. Others look like a first word, a smooth transition that used to trigger a meltdown, or a morning routine completed independently for the very first time. What every milestone has in common is that it is built to last. Here is what families across Utah commonly see as their child grows through our ABA therapy programs.

Here are the questions we hear most often from Utah families who are exploring ABA therapy services for the first time.
Aviation ABA offers six ABA therapy service models across Utah: in-home ABA therapy, clinic-based ABA therapy at our Salt Lake City center, school-based and daycare ABA therapy, early intervention ABA therapy for children ages 2 to 6, after-school ABA therapy for school-aged children and teens through age 18, and parent training. Every service is supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and tailored to your child's individual needs.
The right service depends on your child's age, their specific goals, your family's schedule, and which environments your child spends the most time in. Many families find that combining two service models, such as clinic-based sessions alongside in-home support, produces the best results. Our team is always happy to have an honest conversation about what combination makes the most sense for your child specifically.
Yes. Most major insurance plans in Utah cover ABA therapy for children with an autism diagnosis, and Utah state law supports access to these services. Coverage applies regardless of whether services are delivered at our clinic, in your home, or at your child's school. Our team handles all insurance verification and prior authorization on your behalf at no cost.
No. Aviation ABA does not operate a long waitlist across any of our Utah ABA therapy services. We understand how important it is to start early and to not have access to support delayed by a months-long wait. Once your child has been assessed and insurance has been verified, we work to begin services as quickly as possible.
